Delivery
At Jaipur Fashion Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Window
- Customers can request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
No Exchange Policy
- We currently do not provide product exchanges.
- Eligible return cases will be processed for refund only.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Product is in original condition
- Valid proof is provided for damaged/wrong item claims.
Mandatory Proof for Claims
For damaged, wrong, missing, or tampered orders, customers must provide:
- Proper unboxing video from start to end
- Product images
- Order ID details
Claims without unboxing video proof may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed items
- Products without tags/packaging
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Damage caused after delivery
Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Rights Reserved
Jaipur Fashion Hub reserves the right to reject any return request if false claims, used products, or customer-caused damages are detected.
